Zoe Turns One! {Palos Verdes Event Photography}

Little Zoe was a total cutie - she grinned and giggled her way through her first birthday! Zoe and all of her family and friends were SO much fun - what a beautiful party to capture! It was a gorgeous, sunny day and the location (Trump National Golf Club in Palos Verdes) was just exquisite : just a step out the door there was a lovely ocean breeze... certainly a lovely way to spend a Saturday :) The party was decorated with a beautiful, bright and cheerful color scheme, with a chic cut fresh fruit smiley face head-table decor and a sweet over all Parisian theme. The amazing pastry chef was even there to hand-place little Zoe's 1st birthday candle in the most beautiful and unique cake - what a fun moment to capture! Oh - and don't forget the stunning candy bar that was decked out in vivid shades of magenta and coral... and the super-fun caricature artist that kept the crowd in stitches. I could go on and on! Thanks for having us there to capture this - it was just fantastic!

Happy 18th Birthday Jessica! {Los Angeles Event Photographer}

After meeting and photographing this adorable family last month I was really excited to photograph Jessica's birthday party at the Westlake Village Inn! The party was MC'd and Dj'd by Get in the Groove Entertainment who did an awesome job entertaining the guests and also provided the photo booth which was a HUGE hit. My favorite moments from Jessica's party was definitely the slide show made by one of her brothers, (I'm pretty sure the entire family was in tears by the time it ended) and when Jessica danced with her dad. I even cried during that part! It was so inspiring to see how close this family was and how well not only the kids got along but how much they truly loved each other. Buckley Video was also there filming the event, I'm sure the family is going to love getting to re-live Jessica's uncles' dance moves over and over :) It was such a beautiful celebration, I can only imagine what a tear-jerk-er her wedding is going to be...

Happy 1st Birthday Mathew! {Orange County Birthday Party Photographer}

I was so happy to document little Mathew's 1st Birthday Party at The Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney last month! His entire group of family and friends were so sweet and delightful and an absolute joy to photograph. The birthday boy was also in great spirits throughout the entire party which is quite a rare occurrence with babies ;) Everyone at The Rainforest Cafe was also incredibly accommodating and attentive and made the party a huge hit with all the guests... the food also looked fantastic might I add! Here are just a few of my favorite photos from little Mathew's birthday, enjoy!

Happy Birthday Hannah! {Los Angeles Birthday Party Photographer}

I shot another FANTASTIC birthday party this past weekend at the Tree House Social Club in Beverly Hills. It was Rock and Roll themed as well in celebration of little Hannah's 1st Birthday :) Toddle Tunes was also there (my new favorite music group) as well as cartoonist James Malia sketching the party guests and the birthday girl! Hansen's Cakes was also on hand to supply the birthday cake and did an amazing job yet again. Here are a few of my favorite images from the big day, enjoy!

Happy Birthday Jacob! {Orange County Baby Photography}

Little Mister Jacob was SUCH a doll - he rocked his first birthday party with tons of smiles and was a total dream to photograph... and even managed to sneak in a nap!!! What a multi-tasker ;) He was such an easy baby and you can tell his entire group of friends and family just adores him, what a fun group! The party had a delightful teddy bear decor thanks to one of our fave event planners whose creative endeavors we have captured several times before, Kiki Events - what a gorgeous set-up! And the candy-bar was what sweet dreams are made of...and sugar-rushes! It was absolutely adorable, the whole thing - and there was a super-funny puppet show to top it all off, by The Party Puppet Show who is always a crowd-pleaser at every event we've seen them at! Thanks for having us there to capture your lovely event!

Happy 1st Birthday Hailey! {Los Angeles Birthday Party Photographer}

I photographed Hailey's "Tutus & Tiaras" birthday last weekend at The Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio City and got a ton of super adorable (and super PINK!) photos. Hailey's momma was the ultimate "do-it-yourself-er", taking care of 99% of the details and decorations all by herself! The guests were entertained by a ballerina and a musician from The Giggle Factory which kept the kids and parents grooving through the afternoon... here are a few of my favorite images from the day :)

Happy Birthday Andrew! {Los Angeles Birthday Party Photographer}

This weekend I photographed Andrew's 1st Birthday celebration at Maggiano's at The Grove and it was yet another fantastic event! Andrew's mom was the ultimate "do-it-yourself-er" and her attention to detail was impeccable. The party's theme was Elephant & Friends and the color scheme was classic blue and white. I was excited to see my favorite balloon artist was there (David from Balloon Twister) to entertain both the kids and adults :) The party even had a puppet show at the end which was a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained while the adults chatted and finished dessert. Here are just a few of the many adorable photos from Andrew's party...

Happy 1st Birthday Jianna! {Los Angeles Birthday Party Photographer}

You may recognize this family from Jianna's adorable "Destroy the Cake" session on the blog last month... just a few weeks later we photographed them again at the little lady's 1st birthday party! Her birthday was at Maggiano's at The Grove and was quite beautiful. Her pink and yellow color palate was the perfect combination girlie and modern and the flowers were exquisite. The cupcakes on her table looked extra scrumptious topped with pink bubble gum, brilliant! A big hit at the party was the caricature artist (Brian), we were even tempted to step in and get ours done but didn't... maybe next time ;) Here are a few of our favorite photos from Jianna's party... enjoy!

Happy Birthday Leighton! {Orange County 1st Birtday Party Photographer}

Miss Jianna's Destroy the Cake™ Session! {Thousand Oaks Baby Photographer}

I had such a great time photographing this family last week at their home in Thousand Oaks! Little Jianna is turning 1 soon so we took a ton of photos to document this milestone and to use at her birthday bash next month. Her brothers, Elias and Jonas, were both such good sports. Jonas (4) was such a ham for the camera and kept referring to his baby sister as a "princess", he totally melted my heart :) Here are just a few of my favorites from the day... including one of my all time favorite destroy the cake sessions at the very end!
