Baby Ryan is Getting Bigger! {Sherman Oaks Baby Photography}

You may remember adorable little Ryan from his newborn session... and his wonderful shock of dark hair. What a beautiful baby to photograph - and he's back for even more cuteness with his equally wonderful parents! Can you believe how handsome the little guy is? I absolutely love capturing this family, spending time with them is such a joy. It was pouring rain outside when we did this session but no matter - it was delightful inside and I even had a great assistant... er, cat-helper... see here is the thing: their cat Harley, who is kind of cantankerous (cat-tankerous if you like puns, and we do) is the apple of Ryan's eye, so I spent a whole lot of time cuddling Harley aloft in positions he was not particularly fond of - right next to my camera, on my shoulder etc. (when he would much rather be watching from the couch I would imagine) until he gave me that cat look for "quit it or you're gonna get it" haha. But he made Ryan laugh and smile and he is such a good, sweet assistant. Er, cat. I love when our animal friends get in the mix! It was awesome that we were even able to re-enact some "classic" moments from the newborn session. Such fun. Thanks guys, awesome session :)

Little Miss Lucy {West Los Angeles Baby Photography}

I knew from the moment I walked up to this storybook home that this was going to be a lovely session - and it was! Miss Lucy and her parents were the sweetest and most welcoming people and we had a lot of fun together - they were game for anything and Lucy was such a good sport and willing to accommodate most any of my ideas, efforts to make her giggle, general funny photographer antics, many wardrobe changes and all around silliness and was absolutely adorable the entire time. Thank you you guys for a fantastic session and simply great company - can not wait to share the rest with you!

Mollie, Sarah & Katie {Palos Verdes Family Photography}

I've had the good fortune to have been capturing this family for  quite a while now and they have become so dear - I have gotten to know these amazing girls and watch them grow into the most incredible little individuals with the most fun and fascinating personalities to capture in images; the most stunning smiles, the biggest hearts... I adore them. And their parents are the kindest people and so much fun, we laugh a lot and it is just lovely, I feel lucky whenever I get to see them all and enjoy their company and just hang out while capturing them just being them - and they are so darn BEAUTIFUL! We got really lucky and got such a gorgeous day with incredible light! Thanks guys, fantastic as per usual! ;)

Mr. Aiden! {Huntington Beach Family Photographer}

I met this little man and his family at their home in Huntington Beach this week and we quickly headed over to their neighborhood park, our "Adien's Park" as he calls it. This little man loves to play so the last thing he wanted to do was sit still and have is picture taken, especially when the slide was just out of his reach! After a few quick family photos Aiden got to run free and play on his jungle gym... here are a few of my favorite images from his session :)

Mr. Dawson at Temescal Park! {Santa Monica Baby & Family Photographer}

I photographed Dawson last weekend at Temescal Gateway Park in Santa Monica with his parents for their holiday card and I can't believe how much he's grown! I met Dawson just a few months ago when I photographed him at his home and though he still looks JUST like his dad, he's gotten SO much bigger and gotten a bunch of new teeth :) I had a blast photographing this family again and we finished just in time... it began raining right as we were taking the last few shots of Dawson in his adorable hat!
