As per our usual MO, lovelovelovelovelove this fam! Cute (ok adorable!) little Nicholas and Maddy and their parents absolutely made my day and I left with a big ol' smile on my face - you know the one - where you feel like you accomplished something creative and cool and good? That smile! Haha. They are the nicest family and I absolutely adore the images - I have learned that I love certain shots of "beautiful chaos" - I really get creatively snap-happy when I get to capture those moments of reality that are so, well, real - shots that I know these families are going to look back at (or at least I hope!) and just laugh or cry or whatever... it's just awesome and it's in those moments that I know we are capturing something timeless. It is fulfilling on some level. The family photo below is one of those. Don't worry guys - we also got some straight-up regular classic looking-at-the-camera portraits - but that one makes me grin. And these kids are just plain awesome - and can you believe those eyelashes? Like huge butterfly wings. They are so cute, and so easygoing. Thanks for being so awesome everyone - can't wait to share the rest! :)

Charlotte & Grace {Hancock Park Family Photography}
I had such a great time photographing Miss Charlotte & her baby sister Grace this past weekend! Charlotte was the perfect big sister to little Grace, always making sure to be extra gentle and willing to share plenty of hugs and kisses with her. When we asked if Grace could sit next to her she responded, "there's room right here" motioning to the spot next to her... so so sweet. Charlotte also just started dance class so she was eager to put on her tutu and show me her pirouettes in her new outfit which made for some incredibly adorable photos! Here are a few of my favorite images from this beautiful family, enjoy!
Baby Evan with Big Blues! {LA Baby Photographer}
Oh. My. Goodness. Can we just talk about those beautiful blue eyes? From the moment I met this little man I knew he was going to be fun to capture (I know, I know, we always say that - but it is always true!!!). He was such a good sport - especially considering how active and on the move he is (he is nine months and walking!). He sat patiently and happily and gave seemingly endless giggles and grins... and then was still happy as a clam as we put him on a variety of different chairs to perfectly frame his cuteness. Wowza! Thanks for a delightful shoot Evan and his Mom and Dad!
Mister Felix {Los Angeles Children's Photography}
Little Felix was, in a word, hysterical (okay...two words - adorable too!). He laughed at all my jokes (and I'm kind of the worst joke-teller ever), giggled uproariously at all my funny faces and foolish antics, he even tumbled into the water and got muddy and STILL came out in a good mood! Wow. Needless to say, I had a blast with this awesome kid and his equally awesome parents - you guys are wonderful. Can't wait to share the rest :)
Baby Electra {Beverly Hills Baby Photography}
Little Electra and her mom were awesome - their home had such lovely natural light, but who needs it when Electra could have lit up the place all by herself with her adorableness (pretty sure that isn't a word, but it applies!) - and oh my goodness that smile with the teeth just peeking through!!!! Their two little pooches, Mr. and Mrs. (is that not the best pair of names ever!? haha) loyally followed us everywhere and even got a few portraits of their own - thanks for a fun shoot, looking forward to sharing the rest! :)
