I had the privilege of documenting baby Rylan's entrance to the world last month with the team of midwives at UCLA and the amazing Margie Levy of Supportive Doula Services. Rylan's momma was such a rock star during the entire labor, it was yet another powerful and incredibly emotional experience and I'm so fortunate that they invited me to document it for them. Congratulations again on a beautiful baby boy, I can't wait to see him again soon!
Last week I photographed the birth of little Finn at Glendale Adventist Hospital and it was yet another reminder of how much I love my "job". This couple's display of emotion on this very special day was so contagious and I was once again reminded how lucky I am to both witness this miracle and capture it. I had a really difficult time picking just a few of my favorite images to share so there are a bit more than usual.
