This family was adorable. I had so, so much fun capturing them – they just had such SWEET moments interacting together and are such nice people. Cooper is such a cute big brother, and Hudson is simply darling. It was also fun to have the grandparents there as well, as always – they were so playful and loving. Little Nathan {Santa Monica Family Photographer}

I photographed Nathan and his mom and dad at the Santa Monica pier and though he wasn’t a HUGE fan of the ocean but we pulled out all the stops and made it work! Loved loved this couple and their adorable baby Noah. They have this… sparkle. And they all have these magical blue eyes, when you put the three of them into a photo – it is striking! And little Noah is super-sparkly, let me tell you. He has this wise quality to him, even though he was only 6 weeks old at the shoot… and he’s already smiling at his parents!!! It was just delightful to behold – even their dog is totally smitten with him And um, can we talk about how “Pin-worthy” that nursery is? It’s a Pinterest fanatic’s dream! Ok. So this was fun. Like really fun! Like, laugh out loud, adorable kids, adorable families reuniting for a little photo party with us. Fantastic! We’ve actually worked with these families before – separately – and it was neat to see them all together with the grandparents and beautiful great grandmother. Jack and his parents we’ve captured before for a photo party they did with friends at their home as a fantastic Father’s Day gift. And Atticus and Jacob we photographed when they came into town from the east coast (and funny enough, I photographed them then eating french fries and this time got them eating jelly beans! haha). Eva & Noah were the only newbies and so precious (such vivid eyes!) – we had a blast, thank you – enjoy just a sampling from their fun morning.

Little Stella the Beauty {Venice Newborn Photographer}

I’ve been photographing this family for years (ever since their first, Max, was born) so I was thrilled to document Stella’s birth at Cedars this week. Little Stella’s entrance was a quick one, after only a few hours of labor and 1.5 pushes she was here… lucky momma! I told Cindy she couldn’t push until 6:48 (sunrise) as a joke but like clockwork she started pushing at 6:48 and Stella was born at 6:50! What a darling baby Jay Evan was – look at all that hair! He was such a cute little newborn, and such a sweet guy with great disposition – completely tolerant and curious as we all were totally enthralled by him. He and his parents (and both of his Grandmas too!) were such delightful people, so kind and fun to photograph. I loved their precious candids – mom and dad just gazing at him adoringly. This couple was adorable. So magical together, making one another smile or laugh every five minutes and always gazing up at each other… you can tell they are just bursting with joy over their impending – well – bundle of joy! Mama-to-Be is just GLOWING, not to mention she worked it with some fantastic poses It was great to do their maternity photos in Pasadena, which is always so exquisite – and it was a sun-drenched day, the perfect temperature and so pretty out. What nice way to spend it, capturing this moment for these two wonderful people. Enjoy the sneak peek!

This family was SO cute. Baby Beatrice, as they newest member of the family, has everyone wrapped around her little finger – her sweet expressions were just so delightful and heart-melting.
